Although Steven's normalisation is commonly used in the neutron literature, the symbol most often used is $ B_q^k$ , rather than $ A_{kq}\langle r^k \rangle$ . In addition we also follow the common usage amongst the neutron scattering community and omit the operator equivalent factors in the CF parameter.
